Yes. For children and teens, we involve parents when clinically appropriate. Treatments like PCIT and DBT often require parent participation to support skill-building at home.

We are a private-pay practice. However, we provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our clients receive partial reimbursement, depending on their plan.
To find out what your insurance will reimburse for out-of-network therapy, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health care?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I already paid toward it this year?
What percentage does my plan reimburse for out-of-network mental health services?
Are there any limits on the number of therapy sessions covered per year?
Does my plan cover telehealth the same way as in-person appointments?
You may also want to ask about reimbursement rates for these specific services: initial evaluation (CPT 90791), individual therapy (CPT 90834).

Session fees at Foothills CBT range from $165 to $245 per appointment, depending on the provider's specialization and experience. All our psychologists hold doctoral degrees and tailor appointments to your specific needs using proven, evidence-based approaches.
